Rush and Alex set out for a guys' weekend at a medical conference, but their plans take an unexpected turn when they bump into Rush's ex, Sarah, and her new partner. At the same time, Rush finds himself treating a politician who is desperately trying to conceal his illness in the midst of a campaign.
