The three chefs who have earned the chance to impress the esteemed Michel now confront their ultimate challenge: recreating two iconic dishes—steak with Bearnaise sauce and cannoli, a beloved Italian dessert. Only one will advance to the quarter-finals, bringing them closer to the title of Professional MasterChef. Meanwhile, four new chefs enter a tense elimination round. Under the watchful eyes of Monica and Gregg, they must showcase their skills in a test involving artichokes and a cooking challenge featuring rump steak to win the opportunity to cook for the renowned double Michelin-starred Michel. The remaining trio then faces two additional demanding tests set by Michel and Gregg. First, they have 50 minutes to create dishes centered around sea bass, followed by the task of recreating classic ravioli and pears poached in red wine, served with Chantilly cream.
