Every action of the moose is mirrored at the distant spy laboratory. Bullwinkle whips up a delightful chocolate pan dowdy that explodes when the spies taste it. Meanwhile, the irresistible scent draws Rocky straight to Bullwinkle, but Boris has a sneaky trapdoor set up, causing the brave squirrel to tumble into yet another messy situation!
