At first, Bullwinkle mistakes the little green figures wielding menacing weapons for congressmen. However, they are actually Gidney and Cloyd, hesitant visitors from the moon, sent to prevent an influx of Earth tourists from overcrowding their home. To gear up for their mission, the duo has been practicing dodging traffic, enjoying jukebox tunes, completing paperwork, and enduring smog. Meanwhile, Boris and Natasha, perched twelve stories above, are given a new directive from their headquarters as our heroes walk beneath them: ELIMINATE THE MOOSE!
