Joey Rand, a struggling singer, discovers that his music career isn't providing the financial stability he needs. In a desperate bid to make ends meet, he resorts to cat burglary. Unfortunately for him, he underestimates the attention of the Hawaii Five-O team, who are hot on his trail. As he navigates this risky new path, Joey soon realizes that his choices may lead to more trouble than he anticipated.
