When James discovers he can skip gym class by donating blood, he goes overboard and ends up giving too much. His excessive donation leaves him looking so frail that he is mistaken for an elderly man. As he navigates the confusion, he must find a way to restore his energy while dealing with the unexpected consequences of his generous decision.
