Meanwhile, Dr. Parker notices that an elderly patient, grieving the recent loss of both her sister and husband, is struggling with profound loneliness. Dr. Trinh is concerned that an overweight woman neglecting her blood pressure medication may be jeopardizing her health and increasing her risk of a stroke. In another part of the practice, a baby arrives with conjunctivitis, a case of deep vein thrombosis is addressed, and a patient suffering from severe constipation has been exclusively eating crocodile meat.
