Syd and TC's relationship becomes strained as they navigate a humanitarian crisis along the Syria-Turkey border. Paul and Shannon clash over how to treat a patient. Additionally, Drew faces a significant obstacle in his efforts to adopt Brianna, Topher has difficulties selling the hospital, and there's a troubling case of missing medication.
