The Kyles decide to help Michael's devastated employee, Larry, who is struggling to cope with the death of his 103-year-old grandmother. However, Larry takes things too far during the funeral when he requests that young Kady kiss his "Grammy" farewell and asks Jay to perform his grandmother's cherished R&B song.
