On her 5th birthday, Michelle is anxious about losing her title as "the baby of the family" now that Becky is expecting. She believes this title is what makes her unique. Despite the inevitable passage of time, Michelle wishes she could avoid turning 5. As her family reassures her that her specialness isn't tied to her age, Jesse experiences what he believes are sympathy pains related to the situation.
