In Milford Sound, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” research teams uncover some of the ocean's most ancient sharks. The chilly waters hide a fascinating secret that lures deep-sea creatures to the surface. The exploration also reveals fossilized whale bones nestled deep within mountain valleys, and takes us to a region shaken by earthquakes where the ocean floor has dramatically risen.
