At Colombo's Italian Steakhouse in Eagle Rock, California, the owner worries that the Employee of the Month contest is stirring up discord among the staff. This concern becomes evident when a waitress, who has won the title four times, starts spreading negative gossip about her colleagues. Things escalate when she intentionally undermines a fellow waiter by discarding his ticket orders right after they’re printed, showcasing the growing tension within the team.
