Barney teaches his friends that even little people can have strong emotions. To explore these feelings, he encourages them to create masks that represent different facial expressions. As Barney assists B.J. and Baby Bop in expressing their anger, they learn to understand and manage their emotions. The episode also features a joyful song, "Colors Make Me Happy," filmed on location.
