Tarek receives a call from his buddy Pete DeBest, who proposes a joint venture on a promising property in La Habra, CA. With the arrival of baby Brayden, Tarek and Christina are juggling numerous responsibilities. While Christina tends to Brayden, Tarek joins forces with Pete to take on this renovation project.
