At an abandoned hospital in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, Amy Bruni, Adam Berry, and Chip Coffey confront a lingering darkness. Once a symbol of healing, the decaying building now traps restless spirits. Among them is a sinister, dog-like presence known as the Creeper, which stalks the hallways. The team must uncover the truth behind these trapped souls before the Creeper makes them its next victims.
