The Floogals embark on an exploration to uncover the mysterious influence that the circular objects with hands exert on the Hoomans throughout their daily lives. When Boomer inadvertently adjusts the block to an earlier hour, the Floogals find themselves in a frantic race against 'time' to correct the mistake before chaos ensues.
