Chief decides to join a walking group, where he encounters a lovely dog named Ruby, who seems eager to approach him, although her motives might be questionable. Elsa's efforts to connect with other women take a turn for the worse as she grows wary of Ruby's behavior. At the same time, Chico finds himself making new pals with a group of male fleas.
