Icarus disguises himself as a cupid in hopes of using a love arrow to win Cassandra's heart. However, things take a turn for the worse when he mistakenly grabs "loathe" arrows instead. Meanwhile, Pain and Panic seize the loathe arrows, unleashing chaos and confusion across the nation.
