Barney organizes a covert operation to nab a thief he suspects is coming back to Mayberry to retrieve stolen goods. However, he accidentally apprehends an undercover FBI agent. Meanwhile, a wary Andy starts to think that Barney's scheme might hold more truth than he initially believed.
