During a challenging pregnancy, Rebekah receives a message from God revealing that her elder twin son will serve the younger one. Meanwhile, Isaac believes that Esau, the older twin, is the rightful heir. As the boys mature into adulthood, Rebekah comes to understand that she must go against Isaac's wishes and resort to deceit to ensure that Jacob inherits the blessing intended for him, in alignment with God's plan.
