S2E19 Requiem for a Cop

As the search for a serial arsonist targeting abandoned buildings heats up, tragedy strikes when a Private Investigator, a former cop and a close friend of Hooker's, is found dead. Convinced that he was close to uncovering the identity of the culprit, Hooker and Romano team up with the investigator's daughter, who also works in the field, to track down the person responsible for the fires and ensure justice is served.
