Leaving modernity behind, he dives into the traditions of a meat-loving tribe in Nagaland, a place once infamous for head-hunting rather than its curries. Next, he travels to Assam to participate in a competition among housewives to discover the finest Assamese dish. Finally, he takes to the bustling streets of Calcutta, setting up among the food stalls to entice locals with his unique take on north-east curry, Ramsay style.
