One of the kids is short on cash for an upcoming birthday party, but Lucy and Viv are also strapped for funds. To tackle their financial dilemma, they decide to launch a birthday party planning business. However, at their very first event, chaos ensues as everything that could possibly go wrong does, leading to a series of hilarious mishaps.
