Cesar Millan and his son, Andre, embark on a road trip to St. Louis, Missouri, to assist an organization with a dog recently saved from a puppy mill, struggling with anxiety in social situations. As Missouri is known as the epicenter of puppy mills in the U.S., this plight is unfortunately widespread. During their visit, the Millans connect with local advocates dedicated to combating the horrors of puppy mill exploitation.
