S3E8 'I, Sandee' or 'This Sex. Which Is. Not One.'

Tanya finds out that Charlie has jumped bail and turns to Missy, Charlie's child's mother, for assistance in tracking him down. Meanwhile, Lenore declares an all-out battle against Tanya and the Wellness Center, while Sandee works to position Jason to replace Ray. As all this unfolds, Ray grapples with his own insecurities regarding his ability to please women, especially Jessica.
