Joy and Eddie encounter their quirky new neighbors, Tommy (guest star Gottfried) and April Campbell, which sparks Eddie's obsession with the notion of dating a younger woman. At the same time, Joy and Eddie decide to host a yard sale, and the new couple expresses a keen interest in purchasing all of their items.
