Following Richard’s refusal of Carlton Travis's proposal for peace, Travis retaliates by abducting both Richard and Angela. Meanwhile, Maggie enlists a longtime friend to organize a birthday celebration for Richard's son, during which Angela surprises everyone with a puppy as a gift. Melissa takes her son on a picnic, but they soon find themselves lost in the Australian wilderness. In a separate storyline, Dina's nurse convinces her to endorse a check worth half a million dollars to Lance. Additionally, Lance grows suspicious that Frank Starr may have interfered with his car.
