Fifteen-year-old Zach Roloff, who has dwarfism, suddenly falls ill, prompting his parents, Matt and Amy, also dwarfs, to hurry him to the hospital. Once there, doctors quickly decide that Zach needs emergency surgery, leaving the Roloff family on edge as they await news about his condition.
