Lizzie lends a hand to a young boy from Mexico who has recently settled in Lincoln Heights, helping him adjust to his new environment. Meanwhile, Charles decides to reconnect with his father, and Cassie accompanies him to meet his family, defying her parents' objections. Tay's obsession with luxury items clouds his judgment, leading him down a questionable path. In the midst of it all, the neighborhood's enigmatic Bandanna Bandit makes another bold move, stealing from the affluent to aid those in need.
