The previous guardian of Secret Shores shows up at the Thundermans' beach house and takes back his old residence. Phoebe, Max, and Chloe attempt to talk him out of it, but things take a turn for the worse during a school protest. The once-heroic figure ends up causing more trouble than assistance.
