April and the brothers challenge Raph to confront his deepest fear: Mrs. Cuddles, a cute rabbit from a children’s television show. What starts as a lighthearted prank takes a dark turn when Mrs. Cuddles unexpectedly springs to life, turning her charming persona into a terrifying threat. As she begins to stalk the Turtle family, feeding on their fears, the group must band together to confront this sinister version of their childhood nightmare and ultimately find a way to stop her.
