In California, a gruesome discovery is made when a man's dismembered body is uncovered. Six months later, the prime suspect is apprehended during a bank robbery in Arizona and receives a life sentence. However, after he manages to break out of prison, the FBI launches an extensive manhunt to recapture the notorious killer.
