Seven years ago, Ken Wilson was imprisoned for the murder of his wife, Ann. Upon his release, he unexpectedly encounters her in Los Angeles, where she now goes by Kelly Manning. When Kelly is found dead, Ken is arrested once more and accused of her murder. Ben is resolute in his quest to uncover the true killer. Meanwhile, in Atlanta, Les is excited about his budding romance with Bernice, a woman he met at Ray Templin's place.
