Alicia and Denise come to the unsettling realization that they’re being pigeonholed into stereotypical roles as Black women at the law firm, and Harrison’s well-meaning interventions only exacerbate the situation. In a separate storyline, Paul becomes anxious that his new job is eating into his family time, prompting him to go overboard in trying to bond with each of his kids one-on-one.
