Chef Robert Irvine arrives in Palmyra, NJ, to help rescue a beloved 60-year-old family restaurant from the brink of closure. Paul Villari III has been running the establishment for 15 years after taking over from his father, but he has watched the customer base dwindle over time. Struggling to attract new patrons, Paul faces the tough reality of potentially closing this neighborhood staple. With a dated interior and a chaotic kitchen, Robert must act quickly to turn Villari's around. Will he manage to save it, or will this be another case of Restaurant: Impossible?
