After the manor is set ablaze, Lance heroically rescues Angela and Emma. Cassandra uncovers that her mother is behind the fires. Meanwhile, since Maggie is still struggling with memory loss, Chase proposes they have a second wedding to reaffirm their love. However, Angela disrupts the ceremony by bringing up Chase's past with Connie Giannini. As an assassin makes another attempt on Richard's life, he is apprehended. Father Christopher learns some harsh realities from Lance and Melissa. While helping a cocktail waitress, Lance discovers her dreams of stardom and offers his support. Unaware of Peter and Angela's affair, Cassandra decides to sell Falcon Crest to Peter.
