Gordon arrives at the Juniper Hill Inn in Windsor, VT, which boasts a stunning appearance but is plagued by an overwhelming stench of raw sewage. Upon checking in, he encounters the inn's haughty owner, Robert Dean II, and observes the appalling way Dean treats his employees. Realizing the extent of the issues at the inn, Gordon comes to the harsh realization that it might take a miracle to turn things around.
