The investigation leads to the discovery of belongings linked to a case from nine years prior, raising suspicions that Perry Coleman was being extorted by his acquaintance, Rod Brogan. In a shocking turn, Boyd orders the exhumation of a body, and the subsequent DNA findings leave the entire team stunned.
