While chatting about Harrison Ford's attractiveness, Mary and Nina's conversation leads Dick to feel insecure about his own appearance. He makes an appointment with a plastic surgeon to explore options for altering his face. Meanwhile, the surgeon suggests to Sally that she could also consider cosmetic surgery, which sends her into a spiral of self-doubt about her worthiness for Don. On a brighter note, Harry is thrilled when the surgeon praises his face as being perfect just as it is.
