In Pittsburgh, PA, Sgt. Jason Snyder and Detective Phil Mecurio spot two men with a suspicious bulge in their pants, prompting a high-speed chase. Sgt. Snyder ultimately uncovers that the bulge is a firearm, which one suspect claims he carries for safety reasons. Meanwhile, in Martin County, FL, Deputy Jason Howard responds to a disturbance call from a homeowner. The man reports that a woman is refusing to leave his property and has damaged part of his fence. However, the intoxicated woman is disoriented and denies any involvement in the incident.
