When deputies discover a child in the backseat of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run, they are left astounded. Meanwhile, a shoplifting report directs officers to a volatile woman and some questionable goods. Additionally, a frustrated man reaches out to law enforcement after his stepson begins to display increasingly erratic behavior.
