Andy advises a renowned rock star and a young patient to take a break and postpone some of her shows due to exhaustion. The rock star then invites Lu's terminally ill patient to enjoy a day together. However, the patient's mother makes a harsh accusation against the musician. Meanwhile, Ben launches a concierge service to help the clinic stay afloat amid financial struggles.
