Sgt. Jablonski puts his own funds on the line to trap two con artists, while Sgt. Belker takes on the role of a messenger for a couple of scheming Hasidic jewelers. Meanwhile, Captain Calletano has a negative response when Buntz claims that a slothful officer from Polk Avenue is offloading homeless individuals into the Hill Street precinct.
