After suffering severe burns in the line of duty, a Station 19 firefighter is rushed to Grey Sloan for emergency treatment. Meanwhile, the team works to stabilize an elderly patient who was impaled by a large art installation. Back at the hospital, Meredith and Bailey unexpectedly cross paths again when a Fox Foundation innovation competition brings them together.
