When one of Teddy's patients decides to stop treatment and take her own life, she reaches out to Hunt for assistance. This encounter brings back haunting memories for Hunt, reminding him of his wartime experiences and his previous connection with Teddy. At the same time, Callie and Arizona find themselves at odds over their visions for the future, while Richard struggles to adapt to his new responsibilities as a surgeon.
