After Mayor Macklemore suddenly starts bursting into song, Olive and Otto need to figure out the reason behind his musical outbursts before he sings himself out of office. Meanwhile, an unexpected visit from a Ms. O from the past forces Otto and Oscar to act quickly. They must find a way to return her to her original time to prevent a potential disaster in the timeline.
