S3E10 For Sail by Owner

After the unexpected death of Monica, Danny finds himself implicated as the prime suspect. Together with Casey, he heads to the Montecito to execute a hostile takeover, only to discover that Monica's will bequeaths the Montecito to a foundation for the blind. Meanwhile, Mike is attacked in the stairwell while intervening in a brawl, prompting Danny, Ed, and Mary to investigate who would harm him. As they delve deeper, Ed manages Monica's will and oversees her possessions, uncovering more complexities surrounding her sudden demise.
