Title: South Cornwall: Steam Bending House Plot: Kevin McCloud visits Tom and Danielle Raffield, who have dedicated their lives to the art of steam-bending wood. This innovative technique has allowed them to craft stunning furniture and lighting pieces, but now they aim to expand their vision. Seeking to leave behind their cramped gamekeeper's lodge, they are embarking on a project to construct a curvy wooden home in South Cornwall, featuring undulating cladding, uniquely shaped furniture, and walls adorned with reclaimed timber. With a budget of £100,000, the couple plans to tackle much of the construction themselves, and Kevin will be there to assess their progress.
