Panamanian authorities receive a tip about an impending drug deal. They mobilize units to catch the traffickers off guard, but the operation doesn't go as planned. Meanwhile, in Puerto Rico, U.S. Customs and Border Protection are on hand to monitor the docking of a ferry coming in from the Dominican Republic.
