When Michael steps in to handle conflict resolution in place of HR, things spiral out of control at Dunder Mifflin. His unconventional methods create misunderstandings and tensions among the staff, leading to a series of comedic mishaps. As colleagues clash over trivial issues, Michael's attempts to mediate only seem to worsen the situation. With the office in disarray, can he find a way to restore harmony, or will his well-intentioned efforts backfire completely?
